Yup. All the pink scams end up going Ye-Olde-Divvy-Promise route eventually. But this one is doing it when it's still in the cents. Stinks of desperation. Sounds like someone is saving up coins for his chocolate bars and ciggies in detention. At least he sorta plans ahead.
