Interesting here is a tale of the tape of two of the OTCBB plays I follow on my thread. ONCS has done very well from low $20's range but it stayed rangebound for a while before breaking out. Currently LJPC has the large institutional shareholder interest with Baker Brothers, Boxer, Tang Management, & RTW. ONCS has done extremely well independent of the financial institutions.
