I don't think that pressure or training is being placed or made available for CC employees. It seems the employees are just aware of the product according to what posters from the stores have been saying on this board. I do think a program needs to be implemented to be successful-I read an article on BBY and NFLX which said the first year was slow till those programs you mentioned were implemented and then it became a winner. I am not sure we have a big enough marketing team to make it work unless CC throws us alot of help from their staff. We shall see-I am sure they are working on several ideas as we speak.
IMO the deal is over....first of all we knew there was risk thats why the stock never could really get legs..it needed confimation and it never got it..in fact the street is saying as I do that the deal is off....It was a test and was going to win or fail...gzfx mentioned the relationship in a past manner..some dont want to admit it....They said they are going to try to obtain other similar relationships....You think they dont have their hands filled trying to make this one work....it was said they were waiting on UK to concentrate on making CC work...they put everythng on hold but yet they are ready for other retail partners..I dont think so......now had they signed many thousands thru them the potential would be great and the street would be rewarding not seling....WE increased by 3K and admittedly was a small % thru CC.....Plus JF lied when he said no more dilution....now I dont trust him about his promise not to RS..And the 6M in cash where did that come from...isnt that death spiral money that if used will cost us a ton????I dont know but I never really had a good feeling about the deal and now am less sure then ever.....Time will tell
