I don't think that pressure or training is being placed or made available for CC employees. It seems the employees are just aware of the product according to what posters from the stores have been saying on this board. I do think a program needs to be implemented to be successful-I read an article on BBY and NFLX which said the first year was slow till those programs you mentioned were implemented and then it became a winner. I am not sure we have a big enough marketing team to make it work unless CC throws us alot of help from their staff. We shall see-I am sure they are working on several ideas as we speak.
