alwayslearning, To my knowledge he never told anyone by e-mail, or anyone who put such a message on the board, that dilution had ended. The only thing I recall was a line in one of the recorded web-casts where he implied that funding had been completed for now and he was not talking about the GGI package. He did not specifically say anything like, we are not, or have not been, selling shares. I don't recall which recorded Q&A it was in. There was at least one, the "Say good morning Chip" one that we may not find access to.
