I said NTEK will prove it is a scam - when they fail to uplist like they bragged about in the shareholders meeting.
Plus the information Ted Campbell gave in that meeting was INCORRECT - they CANNOT just do a small r/s split if they get to a dollar to qualify them for an uplisting to Nasdaq. that only applies to previously listed nasdaq stocks.

You know what kind of deals like Cyberkey and Spongetech and Rudy Beverages landed? Impressive ones - and they turned out to be SCAMS.
Heck even the government makes deals with scammy companies - like that solar company Solyndra.

MOST companies don't give a chit who makes deals with them as long as they benefit somehow.

Until they produce those audited financials I certainly would be thinking twice about holding a half million dollars worth of shares in a pennystock company as more than a few have claimed and produced photocopies of their accounts.

David Foley's history precedes NTEK - and most can be found on the internet in the video blogs - and it wasn't exactly rave reviews about his character. Not to mention the ongoing FBI case against him.

I seem to recall XYBR getting government contracts. XYBR is no longer, its founders convicted, and lawyer in Federal BOP. Big money laundering scam, pump and dump. I think it was listed on NASDAQsm. Adelphia, Enron, Arthur Anderson, all gone, SCAMS!!! MADF, SCAM, gone.

Scams come in all shapes and sizes. NTEK looks like just XYBR. It is setting up just like it.

Recidivism is inbred in people like the Foleys. Once a liar and cheat, always a liar and cheat. Why the Form 15 and then claim they will register ASAP? Scam!
