up to the last quarter of 1994 ….the company wasn't "profitable" from a shareholder perspective….not nearly bankrupt though?

1st profitable quarter was Q4 1994….and full year 1995 was profitable…some ups and downs after that…

the insider trading charges stemmed from that time period….but I still don't see anything that says the company was "nearly bankrupt"

the "cleaner"….was well compensated…and it is in the past…sorry to have brought it up in response to the share buybacks

I see - the stock drifted down from the $8 or so range
down to the $3 or so range for a few years!

However, for those who were young enough and patient
enough and smart enough to see that the company had
a future, they could be up well over threefold (maybe
almost tenfold if they bought when it was darkest)
on their long term investment!
