Your claim is plain silly. I've never encountered input as being the definition of what a conglomerate is or isn't. Your adding the word 'true' doesn't change the definition of what a conglomerate is or isn't.

I'd certainly consider Berkshire a conglomerate, but I'd guess that the only item they have ever contributed was money so we'd have to cross them off.
