I checked the RUT futures for that day and they show a 1154 high..So it must have just been a bad tick...We now have a down signal on the 2 hour RUT to the 20MA now at 1151 but we are stil labove the 10EMA...just...And we have a down signal on the daily RUT for the 10EMA now at 1145..We have a down signal on the 2 hour SPX chart..10EMA now at 1837..So we see if any down target will be hit today...or ever...:::)
