There were some things Drew said that were direct, and I like hearing from people like that as well.

The rest of your post is spot on with the Market Cap IMO, and we will need some volume if the past discount share buyers are going to sell. That is the problem, and concern. The decision has been made to allow the past discount share buyers to sell without a R/S bringing the float to near 633,333,333 in the next few months if they do.

So we are now at a crossroads, when they could have taken care of the problem when the PPS was much higher. Just have to see if they continue to hold, some have done well, and were recognized in the past for that.

Drew appears to be savy enough to fully understand what needs to be done to allow AYCD to grow even give the large OS.
