Not thrilled about this...

2. The repurchase price of $21.37 paid by the Company was the closing price on December 31, 2014, the last trading day preceeding the date the sale was reported, as provided in the Plan"
Even though its the company purchasing them, and they aren't being sold on the open market,
its still insider selling...
