As filers, MRIB claimed well over $200K.......

in accrued payroll and taxes owed. Since going dark that line item falls under accounts payable and accrued expenses and they owed $504K as of 9/30/13. They also owed $236K in payroll tax.

At first glance the lawsuit seems legit based on what MRIB has made public. They also "allegedly" emailed a poster and said they worked out a payment plan for the back taxes. They have nearly $2MM in debt.

This is a rewashed share selling scheme.
Why is it a surprise someone from the past has stepped forward to collect what is due him since it is being repumped by Guy Griffithe and friends this time around - with the help of an Armenian promo guy who KNOWS this is just another pump and dump?
