As filers, MRIB claimed well over $200K.......

in accrued payroll and taxes owed. Since going dark that line item falls under accounts payable and accrued expenses and they owed $504K as of 9/30/13. They also owed $236K in payroll tax.

At first glance the lawsuit seems legit based on what MRIB has made public. They also "allegedly" emailed a poster and said they worked out a payment plan for the back taxes. They have nearly $2MM in debt.
