Frost & Sullivan analyzed Citrix, VMWare, Sphere 3D and many other companies. They gave Sphere 3D the highest Addressable Market score (24). Citrix, VMWare, and 2X were second with a score of (20). Did you compare the prices charged by Overland to those charged by Citrix?

In the Addressable Market Scores, Sphere 3D scores the highest because of the performance it delivers and the extensive compatibility it offers:

•Sphere 3D is the only solution where the connectivity occurs in around 3 seconds whereas other solutions take minimum of 50 seconds or more.

•Sphere 3D is the only solution where the server side is compatible with any OS (E.g. Android, iOS, Windows) due to its agnostic nature, while other solutions are compatible only with Windows.

Let's say XYZ has already went to the cloud with Citrix and doesn't want to switch, then Sphere and Overland head over to the other 79% of large companies who haven't gone to the cloud. Plenty of business available.

According to research by Tata Consultancy Services, 19% of large U.S. companies' applications are currently on the cloud.

Can you state in layman terms what GW does differently than the big guys (Citrix VMWare)?

We are not connecting you to your remote PC or a remote Virtual Machine. We dynamically build, on demand, the exact requirements to run the app you double-clicked or tapped. We are also able to take this capability and load it on a small appliance (server) and allow a business to provide these apps to their employees from their own data center.

How do you compare in terms of cost.

Very favorably! We believe that the small-medium business segment has been relatively untapped up until now due to significant costs associated with virtualization. We plan on changing this.
