Anyone who can find and successfully mine rare earths efficiently will make a killing. China curently produces 75% of the world's rare earths. They announced last year that they were going to cut exports by a significant percentage due to they're tech explosion (for china anyway). California has the second largest known deposit in the world but environmental regulations and the depth make them expensive to get to. Mongolia has them but would have to ship via rail through either china or Russia. Neither is a friendly option. So if that can actually get to and harvest those rare earths...whoa boy!!! This is big!!! Really big!!!! GLTA.
