...just checking in: one thing I learned about rare earth while DD -ing FLP* for months and their Antimony and Lithium, which are not rare earths but rare elements also in short supply and dominated by the Chinese like ICBT's rare earths....is that rare earth elements are the 21st Century Gold. They are needed and used in many many many modern devices and things - and this list only continues to grow.
How many Rare Earth mines are there in the world? Not a large number, with most of them being in China.
How many Rare Earth mines are in North America - not many at all. In comparison there are hundreds of Gold mines...so ICBT becomes a Rare Earth mining play....a Strategic Element play.....a limited supply/hoarding play.....and just a great sub penny mining play, as like with Bio techs, Mining Stocks even mining penny stocks can lure many whale investors.
Never underestimate the power of a mining penny stock, especially if that stock is into HUGE Rare Earth minerals folks. FLP* taught me that, again, firsthand these last 8 months!
