Would it be too much to ask for the company to put this question to rest once and for all? A simple honest, straight forward answer would be great, anything short of outright denial, means the company is not being truthfull and transparent. Also, if this were not true, it would be in PVEC's best interest to quash this falsehood, IMMEDIATELY

I am more concerned regarding SEC lack of disclosure for paid company representatives promoting this stock. Still, to today's date, no disclosure on PG or Eocwizard's profile. They received compensaton months before their Dec 11 announcement. They were privy to inside information. They are acting as the Formal IR COMMUNICATION of the company.


Atty Reppas is easy for them to verify...should be no issue at all. Simple question from the shareholer community. Unless of course, something is again beibg manipulated.

As a matter of good faith to shareholders who are down thousands is why they should answer the question. PVEC is not in a position to be withholding anything in my opinion.
