There is definitely an 'odd' way of doing business around here. On one hand, if we didn't have a PG or EOC, we wouldn't know any of this and Peter would have just let it be. On the other hand we have two posters who somehow wound up working with/for the company divulging bits of info letting us know they are trying to win a so far losing battle.
The info we have been given:
1) The August a/s increase is where the manipulation began
2) 500,000,000 shares are to be retired
3) 250,000,000 additional shares might be retired
4) The manipulation relates to a convertible note that was used on multiple occasions
I don't know how convertible notes work. Are they like Disney multi day / multi park passes where you can use the same ticket over and over at all the parks or is a convertible note more like a one use ticket that must be discarded after using it?
