Understood he told the court, in writing, that he did not even know Peter's telephone number....certainly sounds like an upstanding officer of the court with such a bogus statement.

Are you saying he did not resign, are you saying you don't know if he did resign, are you saying the PVEC Investors Board will clear this question up? Does the PVEC board even address or acknowledge this question? What are you saying??? I'm still holding, but from what I see, the PVEC Investor Board, does not seriously, unequivocally address any real, pertinent issues, or questions.
