Also, understand that Peter's personal litigation attorney, Michael Reppas, has withdrawn. Received a private communication from one of the plaintiff's just now informing me that. That is a major claim that is not disclosed on the financials or contingency disclosed

Also, it appears that the NYC based SEC attorney is no longer representing and signing the attorney letter as before, New attorney that signed the letter is based in California.

I will wait for the company to disclose such things before I trust such an unverified claim.
