Doesn't the 10K when it comes not represent current but past figures anyway?

10Ks need to be filed within 60 days of the end of the Fiscal Year. GZFX's FY ends on Dec 31st, so we should see the 10K in very early March.

It used to be 90 days, but the rule has changed.

Someone want to verify this for me?
