Well atleast we see that traders will not crumble that easy on bad news. I think we have a few hundred million in share buying that has come out of the stock in the last week that is itching to get back in before March 15th. I would advise JF to stick to the March 31st deadline for the 10K. Unless CC needs to see it no reason to put that out first. CC first would soften any dilution concerns.
