The Board of Directors will announce a comprehensive dividend policy properly aligned with the Company's cash flow expectations and cash balances on or before February 20, 2014.

ok then I am willing to wait. Maybe no 2012 divi declaration until then but it sounds like a big bone is going to be thrown our way :)
