The Board of Directors will announce a comprehensive dividend policy properly aligned with the Company's cash flow expectations and cash balances on or before February 20, 2014.

I wouldn't be surprised if this means that we are going to see quarterly dividends or similar, maybe starting already after 2Q this year, good!
