My Aunt requested hers about 4 weeks ago she also requested Certs for all the Divies, but has not recieved them yet.

My brother requested Certs from Etrade 2 months ago and has not recieved them yet either.

I also applied for my certs through Ameritrade back in November. Just received them yesturday, faxed them in last night. The deadline has been extended to March 15.
