if you go up a bit you'll see in red font a link for 'primary documents'. if you click on that - it should take you to links for all 7 CPs received and the 7 acknowledgments (all marked closed to comment). you can comment only on the redacted version of the CP.
if its not letting you in - they're probably doing the nightly updates or something.....but I know its there because I saw it earlier.
