I hope that's not the video of Alvarez that was made in 2009 before he was recalled as Mayor. His removal triggered an SEC investigation that has now resulted in the arrest of 3 Miami Dade Mayors.
Weren't those Miami Dade contracts taken away from Wialan and awarded to another company ?
