Share prices are (or should be) reflections of expectations of the market. If the company can not meet these expectations share price will drop, even if results aren't all that bad. In this case however, it seems the missing of targets was caused by higher than expected taxes, and exchange losses. Maybe the share price will recover fast... (and shorts be toasted)

I have written about egregious manipulations of stocks by
highly organized groups of people , not the least of which are collaborative Market Makers . Heck , George Soros can plummet a stock in order to buy in for a fraction of fair value and then the stock has a mysterious run to the moon . Manipulation ????? Why , shucks .....I do believe so .

I watched MSTR as it was walked down from $150.00 to .65 cents . The CEO accused persons , message board bashers , and MM's of manipulating MSTR stock and he sued them ALL . MSTR was forced to do a 1:10 reverse split to avoid delisting . Once the subpoenas were served upon the accused perpetrators the stock has gone north ever since , and is now over $92.00 . Mystery ??....or did the MANIPULATORS back off ? I believe the latter .

Jim Cramer has pumped GOOGLE for months ....obscenely worshipping the stock and touting a $600 PPS . Was Jim Cramer shorting the stock or was he selling into his monstrous hype .
Either way , he single-handedly manipulated GOOG's PPS
and now his believers are down collectively a few billion dollars .

All stocks and particularly OTC stocks are manipulated into runs or walk-downs with impugnity by highly organized groups and by Market Monsters , in my studied opinion and assessment of hundreds of stocks .

GZFX needs to provide the PROOF .....then we will see a much higher PPS , half on GZFX's merit and half on manipulation .
