Yes, there are many breaking strides already
and plants generally start around $6mm to $10mm and
even as high as +$100mm to reverse manufacture tires,
retain the valuable products from the process that can
be used to manufacture again new products and/or make
Electricity to operate and sell the overage.
These plants can easily over produce in power generation.

I want to see a picture of this so called plant, or prototype.
