The second is a weekly with two sets of parallels, the pink recent time has gone into a lower trend it seems. Both the top charts are semi log, my typical setting. Now look at the lower monthly chart on a linear setting. The recent angle is harder to distinguish and it's a lot easier to envision hitting 35ish TL. Also note along the way the peaks have some variation and the lines could be adjusted a bit different which could make calling a top difficult.
