Yep its these filing current triple zero OTCQBers that have been raising there AS to billions and dumping their stock onto people. According to SEC as long as you file you can dump billions RS and do it all over again.lol
Not sure I understand the point of this. If they are pinks then I thought it is understood that they do not have to regularly file financials......odd how the SEC randomly picks and chooses who to drop the boom on.
