on the shelf? When did they "test" the Brazilian market? Of course you can't without approvals first, which haven't been obtained.

You pay the tax when the product goes through customs. This contract, if true, would require a serious investment by this "unnamed" Brazilian company before the product ever hit the shelves in Brazil. The "order" is valued at $750K a month.
