You can look at what is happening now or in Oct-Nov. Once the INDU, SPX, QQQ were higher there were a lot of Sub $2-$5 stocks making tremendous moves to catch up. That is what has been happening lately and IMO it signals that we could be nearing another Top. JMHO though :^)

Once I get back up and running next week, remind me to post a combination TradeStation chart with that Dow/Russell quotient aligned with say the Dow, SPX and COMPX as for back as the most recent of the Dow/Russell indices go.

The proof is in the pudding...

PS: I will not be around much today as I am expecting delivery of a computer some time today via UPS. And I am anticipating delivery this morning of a dinning room table from China which will have to be assembled. The chairs arrived two weeks ago.
