Spoke to Joe early evening yesterday although it was disappointing not winning the Oakland University deal the consortium is strong and has made a huge statement especially with other Universities interested in this combined heating and co-generation system. Chevron was the lowest bid but it was not comparing apples to apples that being said at the end of the day it's still not a deal.........going forward
-next Thursday should have an answer on the Detroit school board project which includes 3 campuses and a hospital and this is not a bidding process but the potential is huge with over 100 schools as part of the board about to go the same way.
-Joe is heavily concentrating on the Davidson Landfill putting together the additional funds and hopefully ready to get the project submitted and completed in the next 10 days.
-military contract is looking very promising and would like to have it in the books this quarter.
-2 other projects of which one is in very advanced stage.
Joe's goal is still to have at least 2-3 projects in the books this quarter and it is very possible, along with funding for paying off the notes, still waiting for the symbol change all documents have been submitted by the new attorneys and is preparing for a shareholders meeting.
I realize it's frustrating not having our 1st deal yet but it's going to happen at some point in time I am looking forward to 2014 the potential for big revenues and growth is huge, great management team and they are focused on the long term now let's get rid of the notes and get our 1st deal done! IMHO.
