Yes, the restriction can be lifted. You'll have to go through Signature Stock Transfer to get the restriction lifted. If your broker handles your account, they should have contacted you in order to have you fill out the necessary paperwork. If you are holding the cert, as all you need to do is contact Signature and provided Mr. Bogutski has his act together, they will inform you of the procedure.
