It seems the market maker could not fill his obligation. The rest of the 79 shares are still in need of filling. The mm may pick up the shares due to the latest take down . You think ?? People who own TelVue stock do not see their shares. They find out that the mm are so desperate for shares and they try to pick up small lots at the cheapest price they can. You will notice the last has been taken down but shares are still at the ask of $18.00 or maybe $20.00 since they have zero shares to fill those 79. HOLD EVERY SHARE YOU CAN GET.
