There is an open SEC inquiry, which, to the best of my knowledge, has not been specifically discussed. I have a real concern that the SEC could suspend trading of MJNA. This is a Pink Sheet ticker folks. Short or Long....are you really all that comfortable with the investment risk with that hanging over your head. Sorry, I will wait until that matter is resolved before investing in this entity.
