I should also have mentioned MJNA's CannaVest shares

IMO, a lot of MJNA's stock price includes the value of its CannaVest shares, so declines in that stock will also hurt MJNA's balance sheet.

But yeah, there is a possibility that the SEC investigation is deeper than what MJNA has disclosed.
