The details of how much the plaintiff wanted on his deal with NNVC is not stated. The amount she raised has been states to be around 2.2 million dollars.

Maybe he is a high finance wanna be. High in the Rockies.

It appears he is upset at NNVC. Mad?

Very informative post.

Just thinking: This type of lawsuit would be an excellent way of trying to manipulate a stock. Plaintiff never asks for any specific claim, keeps trying multiple jurisdictions, has equity interest in the company, wants privileged information, etc.

We have the best legal system one can buy or manipulate.

While being a minor equity holder, the plaintiff party(s) are not your average Joe(s). They can file in multiple jurisdictions (requires some know-how and means), have patience and persistence (not a common retail investor trait), and are not seeking class action status (not in it for the group).

What you all seem to forget is the real reason behind the lawsuit is many early investors have been burned by Dr. Seymour in the past.
