I assume by "many" investors you mean more than one litigious crank who is forum shopping because their cause of action continues to be dismissed...these are ,of course,matters of public record and it might be helpful if you link some of these claims or please let me just go back to ignoring you
The problem really is that you won't forget it. Move on. This is NNVC, not your old, long gone stock. There's more to life than walking around with your spleen hanging out.
