It was admitted that MSJ never gave BGL any percentage of ownership so when BGL says they own Cinco Minas it's a big fat lie.
Even IF there were to be more litigation, BGL STILL has ZERO percent ownership of MSJ and Cinco, so there is no other way to say it other than BGL are liars...
