Hey Gleno, in a previously deleted message you asked if I were Black. I am not but never before have wished to be! Seriously I hope one of the parties can nominate a candidate who can pull the country together...otherwise I feel the united states will no longer be united... Grave danger of schism in 2017 I think depending on who is elected.

They say farmland an excellent investment...for tilling as well as for living I think. Maybe back to the 19th century in our lifetimes....Wood stoves, farms, farmers markets etc. Maybe gasoline for vehicles for a while...but if the grid goes down, we could devolve into feudal like communities.

Market recommendation: Make friends with the Amish! Learn that knowhow. Hope I'm wrong!

The Fed is desperate to detox on the 85 billion per month. If economic indicators hold up expect them to taper. if they don't do it soon there seems to be no end game. In any case the massive debt will create havoc down the road.
