It is a definite that a court ruling will happen between BGL and Scamco Msj.

How about those SRGE stuckholders? They will be waiting for the next divvy and share payment from msj forever. Srge stuckholders will learn and aquire patience.

BGL will never go away until there is a ruling. Then we will see which company walks away with their tail tucked in. If Msj can actually be called a company.

BGL's court case for Cinco is winding its way through Mexican courts.
Its a slow process what with all of MSJ's appeals.

BGL will will the case and the SRGE fraud will be completely over.

Excellent winstoncooper. So can anyone show us a filing showing that those funds were received by the Mexican Courts? We know there are open arrest warrants for BGL employees, so I'd probably guess not huh?
