I remember reading a report several years ago that said something on the order of 70% of companies issued a going concern opinion ended up in bankruptcy. Whatever that number is today on the OTC, it will be much higher than the bankruptcy rate for companies with clean opinions. The audit opinion is but one factor in the investment assessment process. Considering all of the signs, I would conclude that the probability of ACDU being a scam is almost a certainty.
