Some say it is folks with cert form finally getting rid of a sub-penny looser.
Some say it is bounce trades between accounts...
Bottom line is that this scam is toast. The DTC Chill has put a damper on this dumper and nearly halted its activities such as hyping PRs.... that is what DTC Chills are meant to do...Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Some say because PYCT is UNSOLICITED, it means MMs ONLY MATCH BUYERS AND SELLERS. That MMs don't participate in PYCTs TRADING.
They are putting trades thru WITHOUT being able to "MATCH TRADES" within 30 SECONDS (over 50% of trades are like that).
SOMEONE is getting shares UNDER .0001 WITH SUPPOSEDLY "NO BID" (we acknowledge that "NO BID" is showing)....(SEE VOLUMES BELOW)
SOMEONE knows exactly when to put a "BID" in at UNDER .0001, and then they can USUALLY quickly SELL IT FOR .0001, making an almost INSTANT PROFIT. If they have SOLD before buying under .0001, they are COVERING, thus lowering the OUTSTANDING SHORTS, and thus exiting their trade, at a profit.
