Here's a little Gem, from your C&P you should think about.

If a certain belief passes the tests of evidence, deduction, and logic, it should be kept. If it doesn't, the belief should not only be discarded, but the thinker must also then question why he was led to believe the erroneous information in the first place and for what purpose.

Apply that to your oft expressed notion that Iran is allowing their economy to be destroyed so they can make their own medical isotopes instead of buying them. My local hospital buys it's medical isotopes without destroying the surrounding economy.

Or so they can fuel nuke power plants, so they can generate the most expensive type of electrical energy. Instead of using their virtually inexhaustible reserves of natural gas, to generate the cheapest form of electrical energy.
