The company hosed us so they could dump those 100m shares. What were you supposed to do? Go down with the PHOT ship when the company missed revenue by $500g?
No thinking person blames you for this fiasco. Instead of blasting you people should be asking you to stay for the next go-round. This isn't over and the stock will recover.
Officerk I honestly don't care what anyone has to say about you. (Negative) you are by far the best asset to this board. Not only are you knowledgable on PHOT and know how to perform a good DD, but you are here to educate others about the company. There does seem to be a credibility issue or worse, frank incompetence. Their inability to attract real people with MBAs from real schools is worrisome. On the sidelines until this is resolved. Genesi their CFO has some responsibility. His record is not the best as he folded a mortgage firm during the recession.
