If PHOT hit their projected Revenue Numbers, would PHOT have Traded at $.08 on 60M Volume today, or $.15+ on 60M Volume.
You want to be angry at someone, be angry at CEO Sterling for not adjusting his guidance for the Company.
And missing Revenue projections by $500,000.
I was hoping the Kiosk P.R. would counter the Markets and current Shareholders disappointment, but when I saw the pps drop, I let the board know my stop, and it hit.
I am not a pumper and dumper. I believed in the Companies ability to achieve it's Revenue mark. I emailed Kurt last night and expressed my disappointment.
Typical pumpers have no conscience and could care less about the company. That was not me!
Again, blame PHOT's CEO!
This was CEO, Scott, 11 days before the close of Third Quarter in his Open Letter to Shareholders!
Quote,
" It is very important to GrowLife to become cash-flow positive. Our current year-end revenue forecast is for sales at year end of $5.45 million, which reflects less than 6 months of revenue from our most recent large acquisition.
This financial quarter is a very important one for us as we integrate the major acquisition that was just recently completed. I am confident that we can more accurately project the cash flow positive status of the combined company operations around the time of our Q3 update in the early fall. "
This P.R. in September also gave Shareholders confidence that meeting it's Revenue Projections was possible.
" We have experienced record revenue following the long overdue DOJ announcement," stated Rob Hunt, President, GrowLife Hydroponics. "Both in total revenue and transactional volume, Greners.com is seeing a dramatic increase in sales including the largest dollar volume sales day in our history. Most importantly, we are seeing a substantial rise in new customer registration which for us is a very important metric."
This last Quote may of come from AB's Interview, nonetheless, this is another PHOT comment in September.
" Importantly, for major participants in the equipment and expendables supply to the marijuana industry such as GrowLife, which expects to book over $5,450,000 million in revenue in 2013, the DOJ's position paper has two almost immediate benefits. First, it very positively affects our core business opportunities, as I will detail below. Second, it affords several new opportunities for expansion of GrowLife and its revenue producing activities. "
