what's your take on our claims and the validity issue in the FD 800? And does the 613 claims construct ruling have any bearing on the case? WM has said , "we only need to prevail on one" I assume if they don't the 868 case is our next 337....am I correct the district case on the 613 timeline is stayed till 613 is ruled.....
