You are correct they do not trade after hours, however transactions that occur during the trading day are often reported after market close. The most common causes here in the OTC are in fact trades that didn't make it in time and settlement transactions known as Weighted Average Transactions. A good read with links is here:

IMO because it is a penny stock handled by MM and you have companies like CSTI for a better word in penny land shorting the stock, I believe the answer is in the last paragraph of your link

You can pretty much tell whether the Form T trades are from large block buyers are sellers by looking at the price at which the trade was entered. If it is at the lower end of the day's price range, and the stock had been under pressure that day, it was probably from a seller. By the same token, if it was printed at the higher end of the range and the stock had been strong that day, it was likely to have been from a buyer. This rule is not absolute, however.

also imo the pump and dump theory that is put out to this board holds no weight this is and has been a real Company doing real things (some work, some don't) IBM would not have given for a 10% stake in yipi their interest if it had no value to them, in addition why are there no real employees, people were brought on board based on their ability to produce results in exchange for stock, I believe it was around 200k shares + (no results, no stock)

the holders that have been here for awhile can wait which imo will not happen this year and will materialize in earl 2014
all imo
